These Terms & Conditions govern your use of binfaizorganics.com and any order you place with Bin Faiz Organics. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All product descriptions, images and prices are shown in good faith and may be updated without notice. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders

Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded if payment was already made.

Payment methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. JazzCash and debit/credit card (bank) payments are being added and will appear as selectable options at checkout once enabled. Card and mobile wallet payments are processed directly by our licensed payment partner; we do not see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations.

Returns & refunds

As our products are food items, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

Bin Faiz Organics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
